Berry Peachy Shipping & Order Policy

At Berry Peachy, we strive to bring you the best in health and wellness at affordable prices by working with multiple global warehouses. Please review our shipping standards below to understand how your order is handled.

1. Processing vs. Shipping Time

It is important to understand that Processing Time is separate from Shipping Time.

  • Processing Time (4–6 Business Days): This includes quality checks, packing, and forwarding your items to our logistics partners. During peak seasons or promotions, this may take slightly longer.

  • Shipping Time: This begins once the logistics provider picks up your package.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

(Excludes weekends and public holidays)

  • USA: ~ 7 to 16 business days (Tracking available)

  • Rest of the World: ~ 7 to 21 business days (Tracking availability varies by region)

Holiday Notice: During high-volume months (October, November, and December), shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your wellness essentials to you as quickly as possible.

3. International Shipping & Customs

  • Customs/Duty Fees: All customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs agency for details.

  • Delays: We do not have control over local customs agencies and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by international processing.

4. Tracking & Delayed Delivery

Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as it is made available to us.

  • Missing Updates: In the rare event that there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will ship out a new package at no extra cost to you.

5. Order Cancellations

Because we aim for fast processing, you have a 30-minute window after placing an order to request a cancellation. After 30 minutes, your order may have already been processed and sent to the post office, and we will be unable to cancel it. Please reach out via our Contact Page immediately for cancellation requests.

6. Unclaimed Orders & Address Accuracy

Please double-check your confirmation email. We are not responsible for packages returned as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address.

  • If you notice an error, contact us through our Contact Page immediately.

  • Once an order is processed, the address cannot be changed.

7. Separate Packages

To bring you the best selection, we work with multiple warehouses. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times due to:

  • Warehouse locations.

  • Weight restrictions for standard shipping.

  • Items being on backorder.

8. Refund Policy Summary

We state shipping times and product descriptions clearly on every page. Because of this, we typically do not offer refunds for "change of mind" regarding shipping duration.

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please submit clear photo evidence of the product and packaging via our Contact Page so our team can provide a resolution.
