Berry Peachy Return & Refund Policy

At Berry Peachy, your wellness journey is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Because we curate our products from specialized global suppliers to bring you the best in health and wellness, we have established the following guidelines:

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Health & Hygiene Restrictions

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened supplements or ingestibles.

  • Personal care goods (such as used skincare, massage tools, or intimate wellness items).

  • Customized products or gift cards.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please submit a report via our Contact Page immediately.

Note: To expedite your replacement or refund, please include your order number and a clear photo or video of the damage in your message.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please visit our Contact Page.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
